No Hassle Cancellation / Returns
- We understand that things change and it may become necessary to return your knee walker or cancel your knee walker rental. For these reasons, we offer a simple return policy.
- Here's how it works:
- To cancel your order you must notify us by phone at 321-332-7779 during regular business hours of 9:00AM to 6:00PM EST Monday through Friday. This way we can make a note of it on your account and ensure your maximum refund is issued.

- Canceling your rental
Cancel Your Rental Within 4 Days
- Repackage your knee walker unit and affix the included return shipping label. Then take it to any UPS or FedEx (depending on your label) drop off location within the first 4 days of your rental. Once the knee walker is received at our warehouse, a full refund will be issued within ten business days. Expedited shipping is not refundable. If your unit has not been delivered yet, you must accept delivery of it. Refusing delivery or "Return to Sender" status boxes may result in additional fees deducted from your refund.
Cancel Your Rental After 4 Days
- After 4 days, the rental does not qualify for cancellation and the 4-Week minimum rental charge will apply. Any unused rental weeks beyond the minimum will be refunded.

- Returning your purchase
Return Your Purchase Within 7 Days
- To qualify, the item must be in new, unused condition in its original packaging. Repackage your item and take it to any shipping carrier within the first 7 days of receiving your order. We recommend using a carrier like UPS or FedEx so you will have a tracking number. Many of our customers choose to utilize our discounted shipping rates by purchasing a return label from us, just contact us for pricing. Once the item(s) is received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within ten business days. Expedited shipping is not refundable. Is your surgery date up in the air?
- If your surgery got postponed - don't worry! Just give us a call and we can put your rental on hold. Go ahead and send your unit back then call us when you know your new surgery date and we can restart your rental to accommodate you. The best part is with this option there is no cancellation fee!
