Shipping & Local Pickup
After years of specializing in knee walker rentals - we have this down to a science. Our system is designed to give you accurate arrival dates and up to the minute stock availability. We have addressed the most common aspects of shipping below, but if you have further concerns or questions - just reach out to us!
Free Shipping Direct To Your Door in 1-5 Days or Less
We provide standard shipping on all orders over $75 with delivery times ranging from 1 to 5 business days depending on our stock levels from the nearest warehouse to your location. Packages are delivered Monday through Saturday via FedEx or UPS, whichever gets it to you the fastest. To view all the delivery options for your unit, click here.
- Rentals
- Shipping to you and return shipping back to us is all included. Just drop your unit off at any UPS store when you are done and it comes back to us that way.
- Sales
- For orders over $75, your order ships for free!
Same Day Pickup Available
If you are in the Central Florida area, then come on by! We have all models in our showroom so feel free to drop by to pick up your unit same day or try before you decide. We're open from 9:00AM to 6:00PM EST Monday through Friday. Click here to view a map of our location.
Same-Day Shipping before 5PM
Place your order by 5PM during the week and it will ship that same day. If placing a future rental order, your order will ship out accordingly to meet your selected delivery date.
Shipping Confirmation Email
You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships. This email will include the tracking number for your shipment along with the carrier so you can track its progress.
Choose Your Delivery Date
During the ordering process, you are shown the earliest available delivery date based on your location. If you don't need a knee walker right away, you can choose a later delivery date. We will then ship your order to arrive at your home on the date selected.
Faster Shipping Options
For customers who need their order immediately, we offer the following upgraded shipping options:
One-Day - This is the fastest delivery option as your order will be delivered the next business day either before 10:30 AM or by the end of the day, depending on your zip code and priority selected.
Two-Day - Your order will be delivered by the end of the 2nd business day.

Alaska & Hawaii
Due to their remote locations, Alaska & Hawaii are not eligible for our free standard shipping offer. However, we can provide customers in these locations the same discounted shipping rates we receive for purchased items. Just contact us and we'd be happy to quote you the shipping rate!
No P.O. Box Delivery
UPS and FedEx do not deliver to U.S. Post Office Boxes, so a physical address is needed for ordering.
