Happy Holidays from Rent A Knee Walker

The holidays are a really important time of year for many people. Families gather to celebrate, and we get a small break from work and school. But sometimes, unfortunate injuries prevent people from celebrating the season with their families in the way they had hoped.

Whether you have been injured recently or have surgery coming up, our mission is to help you enjoy this holiday season to the fullest. We know how tough it can be to recover from a foot injury, but using a knee scooter can be a blessing.

Here are some stories customers have shared with us.

	Going to high school in the snowy weather-no problem. It helped especially my first week back after ankle surgery. I did not have to worry about falling in the slippery hallways with my crutches. -Renee Further reading: What is the Best Knee Scooter for Kids?


	The photo was taken in Spirit Lake, Iowa, right on the lake. With my knee scooter, I was able to enjoy time outside making a snowman with family. The picture shows me putting the final touch of a carrot nose on our snowman! My injury was a ruptured tendon in my right foot. My knee walker allowed me to work and play during the holidays--never missing a beat! I'm a teacher and my knee scooter enabled me to still be present in the classroom. 	After being told by his Dr. NOT to shovel after a storm we had, Ron figured out a way he could shovel our walk and not get in trouble by his Dr! Easy Peasy! Ron still has not fully recovered from the removal of a bone spur on his heel. He is a gym teacher who has used his knee walker for 5 weeks, and he can't imagine doing his job without it. Crutches would have been grueling. -Ron


	This picture was taken on my deck at home. I haven't been getting out much after my surgery, except to the Drs. It was snowing outside a bit and I decided that Clara and I should get a breath of fresh air! There was only about an inch of snow on the deck, but the Swivelmate had no problem getting through it. I could not have dealt with this surgery without my knee walker! Thank you! I am unable to use crutches as I have arthritis in my hands.
