Anthony Rizzo Seen On A Knee Scooter

- The Chicago Cubs first baseman Anthony Rizzo is nursing a severe ankle sprain that has ultimately sidelined him for the time being. With the weeks winding down in the 2019 Regular season The Cubs find themselves clinging to the final spot in the wild card race. Rizzo has been wearing a boot on his right foot and was spotted using a knee scooter. The injury has resulted in him being non-weight bearing for the time being.
Using a knee walker is a great alternative to using crutches and Rizzo is happily decked out his Roscoe Knee Scooter which he used to get around with. Although no one wants an injury especially around playoff time, the fun-loving baseball player is making the most out of the situation. Rizzo is known for his typical upbeat persona and tricked his knee scooter out with some really neat knee scooter accessories!

The basket was adorned with flowers and the handlebars bared streamers on the sides. He even had a horn attached to make sure everyone knew he was coming. Rizzo just seems immune to embarrassment and that upbeat attitude will go a long way in assisting with a happy healthy recovery.
Let’s just hope for The Cubs sake that Rizzo can get healthy enough if the Cubs end up making a deep playoff run. They can certainly use the help at first base.
